About these terms
These terms apply to your use of dvelupmint.com. Dvelupmint is the trade name of a one-person business that designs and builds websites. "I", "me" and "my" mean Dvelupmint, and "you" means anyone who uses the site.
By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site. My Privacy Policy explains how I handle information you give me.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site, read it and share links to it. Please don't:
- copy the site's text, graphics, code or design for your own use, beyond what the law allows (quoting a short passage with credit, for example)
- try to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the site or the quote form
- send spam, automated submissions or false information through the form
- use the site for anything illegal
Site and portfolio content
I own the text, graphics and code on this site, or use them with permission or under license.
The portfolio shows projects I built, including work for clients who agreed to appear here. The client sites, names, logos and results shown belong to those clients, and showing them here gives you no right to use them.
Portfolio results and statistics describe past projects. Your project's results will depend on your business, your market and other things outside my control.
Prices and quotes
The prices, price ranges and packages on this site are estimates to help you plan. They aren't offers you can accept, and I can change them without notice. Figures in examples and illustrations, such as the sample prices on the Details page, show how a feature works. They aren't prices for my services.
Asking for a quote is free and commits neither of us to anything. I can decline a project, and you can decide not to hire me.
A quote I send you binds neither of us until we both sign a statement of work (SOW) or another written agreement. An SOW is the written agreement that sets a project's scope, price, schedule, payment terms and ownership. The descriptions of my work on this site, including the FAQ answers and the "Included With Every Build" list, describe my standard offer. Your signed agreement sets what your project includes. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Links to other websites
The site links to client websites, my social media profiles and other sites I don't control. Their owners set their own content, terms and privacy practices, and I'm not responsible for them.
No warranty
I provide the site "as is" and "as available." I work to keep it accurate and running, but I don't promise that it's error-free, complete, up to date, secure or available at any given time.
As far as the law allows, I disclaim all warranties about the site, whether stated or implied. That includes the implied warranties of merchantability (that something is fit to sell), fitness for a particular purpose (that it suits your specific need) and non-infringement.
These terms don't set the warranties for a paid project. Your signed agreement does.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows:
- I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (losses that follow from a problem, such as lost profits or lost data) that arise from your use of the site.
- My total liability for all claims about the site is limited to $100.
This section covers the website only. A signed project agreement sets its own limits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow me to limit.
Governing law
Wyoming law governs these terms and any dispute about the site, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. These terms don't take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live that a contract can't override. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. I'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. The version posted when you use the site applies to that use.
These terms take effect on September 11, 2026.
